The TNA has decided to reject the Presidential Commission to investigate complaints about missing persons.

The decision was taken during a meeting presided by party leader R. Sambandan in Jaffna yesterday in which TNA parliamentarians and provincial councilors participated.

Besides this decision, the TNA members have discussed about the project which has been set up to provide water from Iranamadu tank to Jaffna.

Our news team contacted Chairman of the Presidential Commission to investigate complaints about missing persons Maxwell Parakkrama Paranagamage to comment on the TNA decision to not accept the Commission recommendations.

Speaking to our news team Paranagamage said that despite the TNA decision, the Commission will continue its sittings.
