Another discussion about the US resolution against Sri lanka tomorrow.
It is reported that an unofficial meeting will be held tomorrow regarding the report presented to the UN human rights council against Sri Lanka.
The discussion will be held between 10 am to 12 pm Geneva time tomorrow.
It is also reported that representatives of Britain and the US along with several other European Nations are scheduled to participate in the discussion.
The first round of discussion was held day before yesterday and Pakistan directly supported Sri lanka during the discussion while Russia, China, Cuba and Venezuela expressed their objection to the US proposal.
However India maintained a silent policy during the discussion.
Meanwhile, the UNP issued a communiqué regarding the UN human rights council session.
It states that the government is trying to obtain political advantages through the human rights session.
However, Minister Keheliya Rabukwalla states that the opposition is levelling baseless and unfounded accusations.
