Seed Act is objected in Polonnaruwa and Kaduruwela

Expressing his views during a protest staged at Kanduruwela, Polonnaruwa today, the Chairman of the Federation Venerable Maha-wan-kadawela Piya-rathana Thero said that the new Seed Act is trying to create a seed monopoly in the country.
