UN Secretary General Baan Ki Moon said that Sri Lanka should further act with dedication with regard to reconciliation and accountability.

UN Secretary General’s Deputy spokesman Farhaan Hak said so while participating at the UN daily media briefing yesterday.

Furnishing information about the resolution against Sri Lanka passed at the Geneva Human Rights Commission Inner City Press news service reported that UN Secretary General Baan Ki Moon had said so expressing his views on the subject.

The UN Secretary General emphasized that it was important that the Sri Lankan Government continued to cooperate with the international community.
