Japan says that the Geneva resolution does not do any good for Sri Lanka.

Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs Seiji Kihara expressed these views while meeting President Mahinda Rajapaksa at Temple Trees yesterday.

The visiting Japanese Vice Minister also stated that Sri Lanka was capable of solving issues one by one.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa had requested the Japanese Vice Minister to explain Sri Lanka’s actual situation to the world.

Meanwhile, President Mahinda Rajapaksa says that the current government has given the chance as well as resources to the to the children in villages to win the world.

This was at an event that was held at the Thalawa Madhya Maha Vidyalaya in Anuradhapura.
