Northern Chief Minister Vigneshwaran prepares to brief Modi.
The TNA says that it would in the near future take steps to brief new Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the weaknesses in the Provincial Council system.
Northern Provincial Council Chief Minister C. V. Vigneshwaran told our news team that the Northern Provincial Council headed by him had fallen into severe inconvenience due to weaknesses in the Provincial Council System.
The Northern Chief Minister said so when our news team inquired him about his rejection of the invitation the President had extended to him to participate in the new India Premier’s oath-taking ceremony with him.
Responding to the query our news team made about participation in the new Indian Premier’s swearing in ceremony, National Languages and Social Integration Minister Vasudeva Nanayakkara said that the Northern Provincial council Chief Minister should have accepted the invitation extended to him to participate in the event.
