Navy arrested 41 Indian Fishermen last night for violating the Maritime boundary line.

They were arrested in Thalaimannar seas along with 7 trawlers.

Navy Spokesperson Commander Kosala Warnakulasooriya stated that the Indian fishermen were hand over to the Thalaimannar navy camp.

Meanwhile, Twelve Sri Lankan fishermen were arrested by the Indian Coast Guard for allegedly crossing the International Maritime Boundary Line and fishing in Indian waters yesterday.
