UNHRC inquiry should be vehemently rejected; Dr Dayan

Sri lanka’s former Permanent representative to Geneva Dr Dayan Jayathilaka states that there should be an unequivocal and unified National response which reject the UNHRC inquiry and does not allow the committee to land in Sri Lankan soil.

A commissioner of the Sri Lanka Human rights commission Dr Prathiba Mahanama-heva stated that there is a lapse in the International law and there is an issue regarding the credibility of an inquiry carried out without the support of the host country.
