A hospital spokesman said that they find it difficult to obtain essential drugs even to treat critical patients.

Although Osu Sala has been instructed to issue drugs to prescriptions written by government hospitals, a delay had occurred when essential drugs were obtained from Osu Sala to treat critical patient.
