Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa are seen exchanging documents after they signed a "Joint Statement on a Partnership Between Maritime Countries" at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo, Sunday afternoon.
