Realignment of derailed trains at Kalutara and Naanu-oya on progress

The Railway Control room stated that steps have been taken to realign the train which was derailed at Kalutara South Railway Station this noon.

The Railway Control room stated that however train operations were not hindered as the station has a dual track system.

Meanwhile, a Badulla bound goods-train which derailed between Ambewela and Naanu-oya is currently being realigned.
