President Mahinda Rajapaksa states that terrorism still exist in foreign countries and is still haunting.

During a meeting with artists held at the Temple Trees, the President said the era which prevented artists from producing creations and fans from entertaining them was ended by his government.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Democratic People’s Congress led by its leader Prabha Ganeshan met President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Temple Trees yesterday.

President’s Media Unit stated in a press release that Deputy Minister Prabha Ganeshan has pledged his party's support to President Mahinda Rajapaksa in the forthcoming Presidential election.
