Three including two police officers were killed in an accident involving a back-up vehicle attached to the security unit of Uva Chief Minister Shasheendra Rajapaksa  at Mahagoda-yaaya in Buttala this dawn.

While the accident had taken place at about 1 this dawn three police constables and a police driver were wounded in the accident.
