Military clout of super powers should not be allowed in the Indian Ocean; says Indian National security advisors at Galle Dialogue 2014. -Video
Indian National Security Adviser Ajith Doval said that Indian Ocean should be a peaceful region in order to contribute towards the prosperity of various nationalities within the region.
He said this while joining the Galle Dialog security conference currently held in Sri Lanka, adding that it is necessary to focus on the UN Charter.
According to the Security Adviser, a military clout of super powers should not be allowed in the Indian Ocean.
Indian National Security Adviser Ajith Doval said that despite India being a superpower in the region for 5000 years, they do not follow a procedure to invade neighbouring countries.
