The sixth Asian Development Forum hosted by Sri Lanka will be held today from 9.30 am at the Cinnamon Lakeside hotel.
Bambang Susantono, Vice President, Asian Development Bank (a former Indonesian deputy transport minister) will make the keynote address. Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake too will attend the event. The fifth Asian Development Forum was held in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The Asian Development Forum was established through cooperation between Japan and the Republic of Korea, and the past host countries (Japan, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Indonesia) have been cooperating with the host country in its management.
