Sri Lanka economy to grow at 4.7% in 2017 - IMF

International Monetary Fund says Sri Lanka's growth in 2017 is expected to reach 4.7 percent.

It said the growth is supported by construction and services sectors.

The IMF added that the weak and weather-affected agriculture will be challenging.

This was mentioned in IMF's updated Regional Economic Outlook, which was released today (13) in Washington.
