FDIS upto July record US$ 817 m up by 51%
The Board of Investment has managed to garner 817 million dollars from January up until July this year, which is a 51% growth when compared to 2013.
The inflow of Foreign Direct Investments during the first quarter of 2014, into Sri Lanka, amounted to 442 million dollars, which was over a 100% increase in comparison to the first quarter of 2013, which was an amount of 219 million dollars.
Two BOI counters will be opened at the Bandaranaike International Airport and the Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport where potential investors and interested parties can receive more information with regards to the BOI.
