Earnings from tourism have increased by 26.1% to 180.7 million dollars in May 2015, compared to 143.3 million dollars in May 2014.
According to Central Bank data tourist arrivals increased by 26.1 percent, year- on- year, to 113 thousand 529 in May 2015 from 90 thousand 046 in May 2014.
The top five sources of tourist arrivals in May 2015 were India, China, UK, Germany and France accounting for about 49.8 percent of tourist arrivals during the month.
