Rising Pune Supergiant came out with a comprehensive performance to thrash Kings XI Punjab by 9 wickets and qualify for the IPL playoffs in 2nd place.
The Glenn Maxwell-led team Kings XI Punjab finished 5th.
Opting to field, RPS bowled out Kings XI Punjab for 73, their lowest total in the history of IPL with Shardul Thakur picking up 3 for 19 from his four overs.
It only took RPS batsmen 12 overs to clinch the win and enter the knockouts.
