Younis Khan steps away from international cricket as Pakistan's most prolific Test batsman.

He told the media, that people say to him that he should've done more captaincy, but added that he thinks whatever happens, happens for the best.

He also went on to say that had he been captain maybe he wouldn't have scored all those runs.

Younis has scored nearly 5000 runs and more than doubled his century count: 18 in 53 Tests.

It is a run that has established him as, arguably, Pakistan's greatest Test batsman and one of the finest from anywhere in the modern age.
