Rs.7.8+million+robbed+in+Ragama

A gang has snatched 7.8 million rupees in Ragama while the money was being transported to an apparel factory in Kadawatha.

Kadawatha Police said the robbers who arrived in a motor car have shot at the van which was transporting the money and, snatched money.

The money was being transported from its Wattala branch to Kadawatha Branch at the time of the robbery.
