17 people have been injured in a hand grenade attack during a clash between two groups in the Wetiya area in Angunakolapelessa.

Police Media Spokesperson’s Office stated that those injured in the clash which took place last night are receiving treatment at the Embilipitiya Hospital.

A personal issue had triggered the clash.
