UNP parliamentary group meeting fails to make a call on Minister Wijedasa

UNP+parliamentary+group+meeting+fails+to+make+a+call+on+Minister+Wijedasa
UNP parliamentary group, which met at Temple Trees yesterday (22) had failed to make a decision on Minister Wijedasa Rajapaksha.
 
The UNP chairman Malik Samarawickrema had informed the members that they are yet to recived a response from Minister Wijedasa.
 
He is being accused by the party backbenchers of breaking collective responsibility of the cabinet and playing a part in delaying legal actions being taken against the members of the previous regime.
 
Thereafter, the UNP appointed a three-member ministerial committee to look into the issue.
 
The Prime Minister had meanwhile had told that a a decision would be taken on the issue after having a discussion with the President.
