For the first time in Sri Lanka's cricketing history the local fans resorted to show their frustration against the national cricket team at the Dambulla Cricket Stadium, after Sri Lankans were routed by India in the first ODI.

We used to hear similar stories from India a number of occasions in the past.

The Lankan fans booed at the cricketers and even did not allow the team bus to leave the stadium.

Meanwhile, joining the 'Salakuna' programme on Hiru TV, last night (21) Minister Arjuna Ranatunga said that an investigation should be conducted on the individual who was seen inside the players' dressing room during the match.
