Former Sri Lanka cricket skipper Mahela Jayawardene says Sangakkara, Aravinda, himself and others are committing themselves as an independent committee to prepare a short-term and long-term framework to develop country's cricket.

He said they would submit a set of proposals for the authorities to implement to develop cricket and if it is not implemented he would move out of the committee.

He expressed these views during an exclusive interview with 'Hiru News' today (12).
