Court allows FCID to check tax files of Yoshitha and Daisy Forest

Court+allows+FCID+to+check+tax+files+of+Yoshitha+and+Daisy+Forest

The Mount Lavinia Court today (23) gave permission to Financial Crimes Investigation Division to check tax files of Yoshitha Rajapaksa and his grand aunt Daisy Forest.

The FCID had requested permission from the court to check those files which are at the Inland Revenue Department.

Those are linked to FCID investigations on purchasing of properties in Mount Lavinia and Ratmalana.
