The first Test between Sri Lanka and India ended in a tense draw at Kolkata this evening (20).
 
Chasing 231 to win, the Sri Lankans were wobbling at 75 for 7 when the umpires decided to call off play due to bad light.
 
Earlier, batting first, India made 172 in their first innings and then with the support of skipper Virat Kohli's 50th international century, the home team amassed 352 for 8 in their second innings.
 
Sri Lanka totalled 294 in their first innings.
