Pakistan+military+chief+impressed+with+Sri+Lanka%27s+progress
The visiting Pakistans Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa says that Sri Lanka has achieved huge development in a peaceful environment.

General Bajwa expressed these views when he met President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat.

The General also stated that Sri Lanka maintains close ties with Pakistan while many other countries wanted to keep them at a distance.

Later, President Sirisena acknowledged and expressed gratitude for the Pakistan Government’s assistance to Sri Lanka during the conflict.
