State Minister Wasantha Senanayake says the reshuffle of Cabinet, State, and Deputy Ministerial portfolios was a joke.
Responding to questions posed by journalists upon leaving after the ceremony at the Presidential Secretariat, the State Minister said the part two of the joke will take place next week.
He also said that the government has failed to deliver the change expected by the masses from this government.
