It is a known and well-accepted fact that we can’t challenge the nature.

It is the nature that decides the existence of everybody, and it is relevant to the animal world as well.

You all must remember the tragic death of the majestic wild elephant, Dalapoottuwa, last year.

A group of inhumane people killed the majestic animal to steal its tusks.

Later they were caught and remanded.

Many animal lovers expressed their sadness and anger when they heard about the killing.

Many thought they will never be able to witness such a majestic elephant yet again.

However, our nature is not that cruel although we live in a world which is filled with cruel humans.

The people in Kala Wewa area said a wild elephant which is similar to Dalapoottuwa is now roaming in the area.

Its name is Esala.

The tusker is believed to have fathered by Dalapoottuwa.

We were also able to get a photograph of that majestic animal.

These details were revealed to us by D. M. Ananda Bandara who is better known as 'Ali Ananda'..
