Sri Lanka Self Employed National Three-wheeler Operators' Union today (Apr. 24) lodged a complaint with the Police Fraud Investigation Bureau.
 
Here, they complained that the Chairman of Nation Council for Road Safety and several others are getting commissions by making taxi-meters mandatory.
