A draft bill will be debated in Parliament on Tuesday on vesting powers with the Bribery Commission to file legal action after carrying out further inquiries based on investigative reports compiled by Presidential Commissions.

The draft bill was presented to Parliament in May last year and was debated in October.

The debate is set to resume on Tuesday.

The draft bill is expected to speed up the process of taking action as per reports compiled by Presidential Commissions.
