Accordingly, a kilo of Samba paddy would be purchased at 41 rupees while a kilo of Nadu paddy would be 38 rupees.
In addition, the respective companies have agreed to display the pricing index imposed by the government in private storage complexes as well, when purchasing paddy during the Maha season this year.
