Akila Dananjaya has been cleared of his bowling action by the ICC and he will be included in the Sri Lanka ODI squad against South Africa.

The International Cricket Council earlier announced that an independent assessment had found the bowling action of Sri Lanka’s off-spinner Akila Dananjaya to be illegal and, as such he had been suspended from bowling in international cricket.

The assessment revealed that his deliveries exceeded the 15 degree level of tolerance permitted under the regulations.
