The radiocarbon dating report on the human bone fragments found at the Mannar mass grave, carried out by a lad in the US, was produced before  Mannar Magistrate T Saravana-raja today.

It has been reported that there remains one additional report from the US lab that is yet to be received from florida

the special judiciary medical officer in charge of the excavations, Saminda Rajapaksa stated that details of the report would be announced by the Court in the near future.

Meanwhile, Dr. Rajapaksa said that further the 147th day of excavations at the mass grave will be carried out today.

He said that so far the human bone fragments from 323 bodies have been found, among them 28 are believed to be that of children.
