Seven persons who were taken into custody in connection with incidents in Minuwangoda released on bail – two remanded again

Seven persons who were taken into custody in connection with incidents during Minuwangoda riots have been released on bail.

That was when they were produced before the Minuwangoda Magistrate Kesara Samaradiwakara today.

The Magistrate ordered the suspects who were released on two hundred thousand rupees surety bail each, to be present in Court again on 16 October.

At the same time, two more individuals who were taken into custody regarding the incident were ordered by the Magistrate to be remanded until 19 of this month.
