His eminence Malcolm cardinal Ranjith says that there is a doubt whether investigations on Easter Sunday attacks will be swept under the rug.

Archbishop Malcom Cardinal Ranjith stated this at the special mass held this morning at the St. Sebastian’s Church, Katuwapitiya which was reopened after 3 months.

The reopening of the St. Sebastian’s Church coincides with the third month since the deadly suicide bombings.
A large gathering including the Maha Sanga attended the mass.

Meanwhile, The Government says that compensation amounting 265 million Rupees in total has been paid so far to the victims and their families in the aftermath of the Easter Sunday terror attacks.
