The Bangladesh Cricket Board has denied the PCB's claims that it had not followed the correct procedure for approaching players for the Bangladesh Premier League.
The Bangladesh board also said that the PCB's last-minute refusal to give Pakistan players 'No Objection Certificate's has caused it to be in a "difficult and embarrassing situation".
Last year, the BCB had formally written to the national cricket associations of all Full Members seeking support and cooperation for issuance of 'NOC’s to the cricketers under their respective jurisdiction who were interested in participating in the 2nd edition of BPL T20.
The PCB had claimed that the BCB bypassed them and approached the players directly.
