Baby elephants' journey from Udawalawe to Maduru Oya

The Wildlife Conservation Department officials have taken steps to release 9 baby elephants who were raised in Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home to Maduru Oya National Park.

The baby elephants; 5 male elephants and 4 female elephants had been raised in Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home for about 4 years.
