Pakistan not favourites to win World Cup; India, favourites to win World Cup.
Pakistan head coach Waqar Younis today said that he was happy his team was not among the favourites to win next month's World Cup, saying the tag often put unnecessary pressure on players.
Waqar said four-time champions Australia and South Africa would stand a better chance.
Meanwhile, former India captain Sourav Ganguly said yesterday that India would be firm favourites to defend their World Cup title in Australia and New Zealand next month. Ganguly said that India has a very good chance of winning the World Cup.
