Australian paceman Mitchell Starc bowled what is believed to be the fastest delivery in Test cricket history Sunday, the third day of the second Test against New Zealand at the WACA Ground in Perth.
In the fourth ball of his 21st over, Starc clocked 160.4kph.
Ross Taylor faced the delivery.
Former Australian fast bowler Brett Lee tweeted: OMG @mstarc56.serious pace
Another ex-pacer Damien Fleming said: Starcy hits 160.4kph and another chance hits the turf. This is great Test cricket here #AUSvNZ.
