Kieron Pollard hit a half century off just 17 balls to help Mumbai Indians to a six wicket victory over Kolkata Knight Riders.
The West Indies star came in at sixth, hitting two fours and six sixes in an incredible display of batting (51 off 17) to help the hosts to the required target of 175.
Gautam Gambhir hit 59 off 45 balls for Kolkata as they set a respectable target, with strong batting from the entire order seeing Suryakumar Yadav, Andre Russell, Robin Uthappa and Yusuf Pathan all hitting solid scores.
However, the Indians passed the target in the 18th over, Pollard and opener Rohit Sharma (68 off 49) doing much of the work with the bat.
The win keeps Mumbai in the race at the top of the table, and prevents the Knight Riders moving ahead of Gujarat Lions into first place.
