Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 321 runs for the loss of 4 against Bangladesh in the first innings of the first day of the first Test Match yesterday.

Mendis scored 166, and Gunaratne acquired 85 runs respectively.

Meanwhile, The PCB has formed a three-man tribunal to hear the cases of Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif, the two players provisionally suspended as part of an investigation into alleged corruption during the Pakistan Super League.

The pair responded to the official charges laid against them on Saturday, and denied some of the alleged code-of-conduct breaches they were accused of by the PCB's anti-corruption unit.
