India totaled 375 for 5 in the 4th ODI, which is being played at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

Earlier in the day, the Indian Skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to bat first.

Shikar Dhawan made only four runs. Then opener Rohit Sharma and Skipper Virat Kohli added 219 runs for the second wicket off 28 overs.

Kohli scored 131 off 96 balls, before he was removed by Lasith Malinga. It was Malinga's 300th ODI wicket.

Kohli hit 17 fours and 2 sixes.

With this Malinga became the 4th Sri Lankan ODI bowler to bag 300 wickets.

Rohit Sharma went onto score 104, his 13th ODI century and 4th against Sri Lanka.

He struck 11 fours and 3 sixes during his 88-ball knock.

H. Pandya and Lokesh Rahul failed to last long.

However, Manish Pandey (50 not out) and MS Dhoni (49 not out) ensured India reaching a formidable total.

They added 101 runs for the 6th wicket off 12.2 overs.

Angelo Mathews was the pick of the Sri Lankan bowlers capturing 2 for 24 off 6 overs.

India lead the 5-match series, 3 nil.
