Sri Lanka to make few changes for 3rd Test against India

The 3rd and final Test between Sri Lanka and India will begin at Delhi tomorrow (02).

India, who won the 2nd Test in Nagpur by an innings and 239 runs leads the series 1 nil.

Sri Lanka is without Rangana Herath, who has returned to the island due to an injury.

Reports say that Lakshan Sandakan might take be added to the playing xi to replace Herath.

Meanwhile, out-of-form Lahiru Thirimanne will be most probably replaced by Dhananjaya de Silva.

Dasun Shanaka place might be taken either by Roshen Silva or left-arm fast bowler Vishwa Fernando.

India has not lost a Test match at Feroz Shah Kotla for 30 years.

The last team to beat them here was the Viv Richards-led West Indies in November 1987.
