The Chennai Super Kings pulled off an amazing run chase to seal a five wicket victory over the Royal Challengers Bangalore in a high scoring shoot out at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Faced with a victory target of 206, the Super Kings looked dead and buried but an unbelievable seven balls innings from Albie Morkel brought the champions back into the game.

The South African smashed 28 runs during the penultimate over to set up a wild final over which saw Vinay Kumar dismiss Morkel before bowling a no ball and conceding a boundary off the final ball of the game to spark wild celebrations.

Having lost two of their opening three games the Super Kings will want to find the form which propelled them to last years title while the Royal Challengers will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing defeat against the Kolkata Knight Riders on Tuesday.
