Veteran Australian batsman Michael Hussey, newly arrived in the Indian Premier League  to play for the defending champions, admitted that he was struggling with the heat and humidity.

The middle-order batsman, who turns 37 later this month, was run out for 18 in his first match on Monday after arriving to play for Chennai Super Kings following a Test series for Australia in the West Indies.

Hussey, representing CSK since the IPL's inaugural season in 2008, said it was “fantastic” to be back playing for Chennai.
