Cricket South Africa has called on the International Cricket Council to withdraw the 'fundamentally flawed' proposal to give England, Australia and India greater control of the sport.

A 21-page "position paper" is scheduled to be discussed at the ICC's executive board meeting on 29th January.

CSA argue that the plan is in breach of the ICC constitution.

The position paper proposes the formation of a four-man executive committee, on which the England and Wales Cricket Board, Cricket Australia and the Board of Control for Cricket in India would be guaranteed a place.
