Jonathan Trott Extends Contract With Warwickshire Till 2017
England batsman Jonathan Trott, whose mental issues led to his abrupt departure from last winter's Ashes tour, has confirmed his successful comeback to competitive cricket by signing a new three-year contract with Warwickshire.
The new deal will keep Trott at Warwickshire until the end of the 2017 season, when he will be 36.
Trott, who is happily settled in the Midlands since arriving at Warwickshire from South Africa in 2002, said he was delighted to sign a deal for the next three years.
