WASANTHA KARANNAGODA AND ROSHAN GUNATILLEKE CONFERRED WITH HONORARY TITLES

Former Navy Commander Retired Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda and Former Air Force Commander Air Chief Marshal Roshan Goonetileke have been conferred with honorary titles.

It is stated that the President Maithripala Sirisena has given these honorary titles.

Accordingly, the former Navy Commander Wasantha Karannagoda has been awarded the rank of Admiral of the Fleet and former Air Force Commander Roshan Gunatilleke has been named Marshal of the Air Force.
